By mapping out system dependencies and identifying priority areas for improvement, I paved the way for streamlined operations, reduced duplication of investment, and improved employee productivity.
An e-commerce company noticed a significant drop-off rate during the checkout process on their website. They aimed to identify the key pain points causing users to abandon their carts, and I acted as the lead UX researcher.
