Buying Cars Online
The Negotiation Experience
In this project, confidentiality agreements prevent me from disclosing client information. However, our focus remains on enhancing the online car negotiation experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, we're dedicated to streamlining the negotiation process, emphasizing transparency, and maximizing user satisfaction.

Problem
Conflicting feedback from dealers and customers highlighted the inefficiencies and complexities of the online car negotiation process. Key challenges included a lack of transparency, difficulty in assessing trade-ins, financing options, and maintaining user trust throughout the negotiation journey.
My role
As the Product Manager, my role encompassed defining the project scope, gathering user feedback, prioritizing features, and leading the development and implementation of the new negotiation flow. I collaborated closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
